Hi everyone! I'm building some great muscle, but having some trouble getting the fat off so I can see them!!! I was wondering if anyone had a good diet plan that I could follow for a while that's focused on fat-blasting (kind of like the fat loss phase of physique transformation). I don't really need a meal plan, but just daily caloric intake and protein/carb/fat percentages. I could do some research and come up with my own, but I'd rather be lazy and ask for your suggestions, especially if there's one that has worked well for you. I know that all body types are different, but I'd love to hear some suggestions!!!!
