Hi everyone,
Where can I find the extended stretch? Is it on every workout DVD, or is it on its own? I did one of the leg workouts from Mesocycle 1 today and wanted to do an extended stretch but couldn't find it when I FFed to later chapters... If you could help me locate it, I'd appreciate it
