Ever pull out one of Cathe's older cardios......

Oh Donna, you are so right. Just this morning I decided that for an easier cardio workout I would do Step Fit. WRONG! I started with 8" and lowered to 6" for the second cardio section. GREAT stretch at the end. I believe these older workouts go at a faster pace than the newer ones.-joy
 
I never underestimate the intensity of some of Cathe's older cardio videos. Matter of fact, I think she's been going a little easier on us, cardio-wise that is,the last few years. The tapes I pull out to get a great "gasping" cardio are (from hardest to mildest of her older videos):
1. MIC
2. IMAX 1
3. Body Max (fast! fast! fast!)
4. Step Works
5. Power Max
6. Step Fit
These never fail to deliver!

Oh, and I'm 5 ft tall and usually use an 8" step. Except for when I'm whacked from doing the MIC hi-lo or when I do Rhythmic Step.
