Hi,

I was wondering if there was a list of ALL the equipment used in this new series and where to purchase it on-line. How may risers are used for the step, where did Cathe get those plates for the leg work? I really want to order this series and want to make sure I have everything I can get, at least most everything. Oh, do you guys know if those plates will work on carpet?

What plates? For gliding? I think they just used paper plates, but you can get gliding discs made for carpet. Otherwise, they are just weight plates to elevate your legs slightly. Depends on which plates you are thinking about. I have not seen a list and where to purchase it all online. What do you currently have?

Thanks! Sorry...I meant the gliding plates. They are paper! LOL!!!I have most everything, just will need to add on. I have been working out with Cathe since 1999 and love her! I will need more risers for the step and will need to buy heavier plates for the barbell. I am just a super type A personality and want to make sure I have everything I need! Ya Know!?
