Elevate downloads question!!

I recently received an email from e-junkie stating that I had 9 attempts and 120 hours to download the bonus workouts. I just wanted to verify that this email actually came from Cathe. It doesn't look like her normal way of correspondence. Thanks to anyone that can verify that this is a legitimate communication from Cathe.

Nabbe47's response had me concerned
Don't understand what concerns you have had? When I preordered LMR2E on the website and authorised payment through Paypal, got an email confirming my preorder and providing me with a link to download the three available bonus workouts then, later recieved another email to download the fourth and last one. It warned me that downloading them now will restrict my right for refund in case of cancling the preorder. It also says that the links are available for 120 hours allowing 9 download trials, but I can contact support if this would not be enough. They are aware of possible problems with internt connectivity, they mentioned! It was the same procedure for all my other download purchases during the black week, friday, monday, etc. [email protected] was always the legit adress and it was mentioned in their message, that this was the only way they can use to deliver downloads.

By the way, there is no coupon code for redeeming LMRE2 preorders because there is no discounts. Only promotion codes were available, to use, during the black whatever sales.

After you confirmed that the email was legit, I was concerned we may have somehow missed our opportunity to download the bonus workouts, because we get sooooo many sale-pitch emails from cathedotcom, that they tend to be deleted without being read. We had pre-ordered way last March but did not download the bonuses as they became available so we could reserve our right to cancel and receive a full refund. We felt a bit burned by the original LMR (it did not match up to the advertised intensity in our opinion, and a disappointment to us in many ways.) We were concerned LMR2/E might be a disappointment also so we were waiting for more info (clips, time frames, premixes, etc.) to make our final decision. After you shared that the email was legit, we thought we may have deleted it without reading it. But we discovered people only get that email after redeeming their download coupon. Our order confirmation email from March calls it "Your digital download coupon code is ____". So it's used like a coupon. Once you enter it, you can download your "free" bonus workouts. The bonus workouts are not available to people who order the series after the presale, unless they pay full price for them. The presale offers a substantial discount from the purchase price of the series after the presale, and includes the 4 "free" bonus workouts as an added incentive to pre-order. They techinically are not part of the series. After the presale, if you order the series, you will not get the 4 bonus workouts automatically - they'll be an additional purchase. Hope this make sense.

Since you care about premixes, you were, earlier and certainly, preordering DVDs or a combination, you received a special coupon to redeem. I was preordering only digital downloads for the whole series, no DVDs and also my preordering was later than yours, where already three bonus workouts were available to download. Probably, there was no need to provide a special redeeming coupon.
And yes, the presale was already discounted with no need to have a special coupon to redeem, only to preorder with the discounted price (which I understand it was lower earlier before I did mine:(!).

Agree, It is a bit lame, although it contains interesting functional components. It was Cathe's video clip about elevation, the four bonus workouts for heavier lifting and the four cardio workouts that motivated my decision for preordering the elevated version. Downloaded, however, the original LM&R, with the anticipation that it may be included in one the elevated rotations. I'm currently using it in a rotation with LIS, Perfect30 and LiTe!

that's not a concern for the Downloads
You have no choice:( as a retiree with limited funds! Want premixes included? Pay for the expensive overseas shipping plus 25% custom duties! If you are, however, handy with computer applicatoins (I am!), you can work out your way to create, not only Cathe's premixes but even ones of your own choice, just cut and join your downloaded digital media! DVD's media can easily be converted to stored digital media! For more help, the marvelous lady behind "2Lazy4gym.com", who is a Cathe's fan provides very helpful reviews and very detailed descriptions of almost all of Cathe's workouts, among many others, btw!.

Cathe may be moving away from DVDs in the future as she says there isn't as much as demand for that format
Demand is going down because CDs & DVDs are going on a similar road as that of VHS and earlier media. Current laptops are missing cd/dvd device attachments and streaming is almost the standrad now (It doesn't matter that I personally hate it! But who am I? I'm forced to using it for entertainment purposes anyhow!);). USB gadgets are still alive, at least for some time further?

BTW, I don't use streaming from youtube! All what I like there is dowloaded on my hard desk!, There is an MS Windows freeware (open source) program "stacher.io" to download youtube videoes including whole playlists. Recently, you may need to pay for if you want to have your downloads to be sorted in libreraries! Otherwise it is still free, at least for now!
