Eat the egg yolks women! Loaded with biotin, protein, choline for your brain, vitamins and minerals (iron for the women who sweat like I do) and extraordinary carotenoids for your eye, plus more.... Don't listen to the drivel on cholesterol or plaque as it does NOT contribute to build-up. There are so many variables to plaque build-up, look more at calcium *out of bound* or calcification, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, high level of VLDL.
