Eggs

I completely love hummus and that sounds like an amazing matchup! A few days ago I went on a day long ride on a frozen river and we all pull out interesting things to eat from our camelbaks at the usual stops. So this guy pulls out a ziplock baggy and it has scrambled eggs in there, no longer hot, but still...it just looked so good. I have taken hard-boiled eggs on rides except I tend to fart a few miles later. Haha....ya TMI, but mixed with hummus, its definitely sounds worth it!

LOL!!! One of my classmates brings scrambled eggs in a zip lock baggie to school every morning. I thought it looked like a pretty good idea too! And I'm always down for new ways to eat hummus; this sounds like an awesome one!

I just discovered that hard boiled eggs are fantastic mixed with red pepper hummus!

Thanks for sharing this great idea! I bet you could make a great deviled egg spin on it, too, mixing the hummus w/the yolk.
