Just wondering what all you lovely ladies will be doing for a workout today. I have MMA Fusion scheduled for the morning. I have a feeling I will be eating too much candy today . I won't feel such guilt after doing all those rolling moves, lol.
I will be doing STS disc 5 today. I was supposed to do it yesterday but things happened and I was not able to do it. I agree that if I workout I won't feel as guilty about the candy I will eat later. Just a little wont be so bad...all in moderation.
I think I'm going to go for a run. Need to put laundry away first. Yes, I'm stalling. I ate a ginormous cinnamon roll for breakfast, and need to shake that off. We aren't doing any big brunch thing this year, so the rest of the day will be normal eats. We did brunch last weekend, because family is out of town this weekend. So as long as I keep my grubby fingers away from the candy, it'll be all good
Sunday is my active rest day so I did Ellen Barrett's Burn & Firm Pilates early this morning. Then I walked the dogs. Our kids are grown so no temptation with Easter candy or any special meals today tho I did have one very small slice of apple oat loaf after breakfast while reading the NY Times.
I think I am going to try my new dvd. Gin Miller Kettlebell Calorie Burner, and if I'm up to it maybe one of Cathe's HIIT workouts or the combos 1&3 from fusion.
I'm in dvd heaven between buying Shock Cardio and all my newly acquired trades.
I was supposed to run this morning, but my left foot is very tender on the top and is painful when I walk/run, so I'm resting today, taking Ibuprofen and will ice in a little bit. Waiting for my pack to get cold!
