Earlier AM workouts

Hi Everyone. I'm coming back here to post my results of day 1 of getting up at 4:30.

Everything went well considering I started watching the clock at 3:00 am. I was able to get my 60 workout in with no problem.

Hooray gonnabea5!! I do the same thing sometimes...I start anticipating my wake-up time waaaaaaay before the alarm goes off.


Keep at it and it will eventually get much easier and become routine!
 
Great job gonnabea5! Yup that's me too waking up before my alarm goes off. Did it today before it actually going off at 5:30 at which time I headed to the basement to do Rhythmic Step.

It takes some time for your body to get adjusted to your new schedule. Keep it up. You may be a bit tired, but you'll also sleep better at night! Great job!
