DVDS TO LOSE WEIGTH

All of them. And your diet. It totally depends on your goals and your current fitness level. The best DVDs to buy are the ones you're likely to use. So look at the descriptions and decide what's most interesting to you. Ultimately, I would choose a circuit workout option, as that will include cardio and weights in one workout, which helps to burn fat and build lean tissue (which burns more calories at rest than adipose tissue)
 
I totally agree with NY25...any combo which consists of at least 3 cardio workouts PLUS 3 total body weight workouts will get you where you need to go...and ifyou can add an extra cardio...you'll do even better...I lost 20 lbs this way...plus watching my eating.

We women definitely need to boost our muscle mass to increase calorie burn in our cardio w/o's. And weight lifting tightens things up and sucks it in so you'll be wearing a smaller jean size before you know it..,(but only if you're faithful)
