Drill Max Premix Suggestions?

Doubling up all 6 blasts...Heck Yeah!! Now that is what I am talking about!

It would be wonderful if the Drills were all mixed up, rather than as orginally filmed.

I'd like to see more 'Timesaver' premixes - 45 mins or less since I don't always have a full hour.
Also, can someone tell me what it means to double up or eliminate chapter points? I'm new to DVD workouts.

Well, I've been playing with the Intensity series the past few weeks and the pre-mixes on the Bootcamp DVD are great.

I would love to see a cardio only pre-mix.

how about an upper body and lower body only pre-mix? I did this Bootcamp pre-mix today and it was fun.

OR - how about an upper body only pre-mix - that way we can do it to or three times to get a really tough upper body workout.

Cardio and abs only would be great.

I better stop - the more I type, the more I think of more and more options.

I too would love the longer premix options.
 
Hello Cathe!

I am suggesting a "number check" at the bottom of the screen to see which set and which number of reps we are curently doing. It could be an option like the "music louder" that you could have on or off.

A time line at the bottom of the screen would be great as well. We could get well situated for the combos (active recovery) and blasts to come. This could be also an "on/off" option in the menu.

I am posting it in the "Drill Max Premix Suggestions" but it is valid for the 4 new workouts you are offering.

I love to know exacly where I am in the workouts. I can push myself much more that way.

I can't wait to do these new workouts!!

I'd definitely use:
cardio only
cardio/upper and cardio/lower

I tend to use premixes which are around 45-60 mins - is this possible to do with Drill Max?

Here's another vote for the following:

Cardio Only
Cardio plus upper
Cardio plus lower

One of my all time favorite premixes is the Boot Camp cardio plus lower body premix, so I'd love to see that sort of premix with Drill Max.

UB only

LB only

Total Body--esp. in the Giant set format.

All re-ordered (not in the same order as the original).

At least 60 minutes, esp the cardio blast only one.

Not sure if this was suggested, but I would like an option to do the workout backwards Like Drill #6,5,4,3,2,1...or 4,5,& 6 before 1,2,3. Similar to how Imax 2 has option to divide up workout, so that we don't always have to start with Drill #1.
