Download workouts.........

I've been wondering, too... From what I've seen on her social media posts, she was recently recovering from knee surgery and had family stuff going on, which makes me feel like we're not going to see downloads anytime soon.

Hopefully I'm wrong.
 
Last week Cathe was able to do a Lower Body workout on LIVE for the first time since the surgery (not sure about the weights used though). So she's coming along in her recovery. Although she did seem to be modifying for her shoulder early in 2025 in the LIVEs we downloaded in March - don't know if that's the same in recent ones though. Guess I'd rather she heal than push herself too soon.

ETA: I just checked the equipment list for last week's LIVE: Boss Loops and 10-15#Db) - so not yet heavy weights. Of course Cathe could coach the crew through a heavy-weight routine for the free downloads, although she usually does the filmed workouts herself.

It is a puzzle. Cathe announced the series WITH the bonus heavy weight workouts for "while you wait" --- we're still waiting for the "while you wait" weighted workouts. I don't expect LMR2 until December, however, when can I expect to start enjoying the promised bonus workouts while I wait? (Lots of "w's" here ;)).
 
Cathe not only loves a bonus, she apparently also loves a mystery :)

I'm hoping she'll soon give us a clue as to the type of splits and approximate length of the bonus weight workouts.

Im thinking these might be express-ish workouts. I also think a fresh kind of split would be 2 UB workouts split in a push/pull manner & the same for LB. So Cathe ...am I on the right or wrong track? A few crumbs would be appreciated :) lol
