Don't stop the preorders

I have to agree. This is my 1st time preordering - I did it right away w/no hesitation. I regret not doing so for HC series since I ended up buying all of them a 1-2 at a time anyway, which is way more costly (esp. considering shipping)!

The only thing that surprised me was that my credit card was charged right away. I think that's a little unusual, but I quickly got over that and am so excited to see the end product. Cathe workouts are the BEST and only ones I have ever stuck w/consistently!

I appreciate the time it takes to make a quality product & I don't mind waiting as long as I can get a ballpark idea of when to expect them.

Happy New Year!! I just want to add my voice: Please don't stop the preorders. This was my first preorder. I didn't even know about any updates, and so didn't miss them. I ordered and put it out of my mind. I'm on the forum alot and figured when the dvds were finished I would know and then recieve mine. I don't care about the updates- I just care about the finished product. I love your workouts!!:) and I am excited about the new ones!, and happy to wait:) I also love the preorder prices!

I agree completely! Cathe doesn't have to offer pre-orders ahead of time. I love the fact that she gives us the heads up that something new is coming out. It isn't fun waiting, but well worth the wait. Plus, I rather know 6 mos in advance, bec it gives me something to look forward to and save my $. I hope all the upset posts don't have an impact on future preorders.

I agree the pre-order process and customer service needs to be evaluated especially with the growing customer base. As Kathryn states is how most other instructors do their pre-orders along with being able to give an expected date. Any delays, if necessary, can then be communicated. Another option is what Beach Body does which is to give a discount to repeat customers at the time the new workouts are released.
 
Another happy customer asking you to please continue preorders. I don't mind waiting and really it's the only way I can justify spending the money on the DVDs since my husband is a med student and we have two young kids... it's the only way we can agree on purchasing them. I actually thought updates were nice, but never expected. I was doing Kickmax this morning and loving it...I preorderd that too.

Thank you for your help in increasing my fitness!!!

I love preorders as well. I don't get psyched until you guys start posting about the approximate ship date and I know that filming was done. But I make myself be patient because I know that making a good product can not be rushed.

I LOVE the pre-orders. I really hope that SNM continues these, and does not fold under pressure and the negativity expressed by the squeaky wheels. I remember when there was a lot of grumbling about pre-mixes and DVD layering, which eventually contributed to SNM changing the format of the DVD and removing some of the pre-mixes. Please understand that most of us really like what you're doing, and we don't need any major changes to the pre-order format!
 
I love the preoders too. The whole process keeps me motivated. I get pumped up when they announce the preorder and find I jump a little higher on workouts for a while. Just when I need more motivation SNM posts pictures or details on the workouts. I look at the pictures and details and say "oh no, I better increase the intensity so I am ready for those". And of course I am energized when they arrive.

Cathe and SNM I wouldn't change a thing about ya.

Cathe - Please do keep the pre-order option. I have used it in the past - and will continue to use it as long as it's available.

I too LOVE the preorders and have never had any trouble with SNM. I don't mind the wait at all because as Cathe as proven to us in the past - The reward is well worth the wait, no matter how long. Keep up the great work Cathe!:)

BTW, hope your calf is feeling better.
 
I totally agree! I love the ability to preorder and do at every opportunity that an advanced Cathe workout is announced. I don't mind the wait. It just gives me more time to be in great shape for when the new workouts arrive at my door.

So please keep doing preorders!

I'm with those above who want the preorders to continue. I was floored, absolutely floored by the price I got for the four work outs. This is my first preorder and it won't be my last. I'll be happy to get them when they are ready. I know what type of workouts I'll get from Cathe and SNM so I'm not a bit worried. I also have plenty to keep me busy until they come. This January rotation doesn't leave much time to think about new DVDs!!
 
I long for my dvds on the preorders, then when they arrive, I'm excited...and kinda disappointed 'cause I no longer know I have something great coming in the mail :eek: ...kinda like a surprise...does anyone know what I mean? :D

Please don't stop the pre-orders.

okay I just placed my first pre-order...and I am excited too...

I can't believe I had never heard about Cathe before...I was searching on amazon and someone had a list of top fitness videos and that is where I found out about her...

I LOVE these DVDs...I can say for the first time I actually look FORWARD to exercising! and that is really saying something for me
 
Okay, I wanted to add my voice that I love the preorders too. Please don't ever stop!

I usually just preorder and then put it out of my mind. I've got plenty to keep me busy until they arrive.

I love the excitement of preordering, then hearing news of the filming, getting the pictures from filming, etc.

Please don't stop what you are doing. I know many are complaining *BUT* they don't have to preorder if they don't like it.

Know Cathe and SNM that there are many, many fans who do appreciate, are willing to wait, and are pleased with the way that you are doing things.

I also pre ordered, and have done so several times and will continue to do so. I have enjoyed every workout Cathe has put out.

Also, I agree with getting the Arnica gel along with RICE! Cathe, please heal soon and make sure you do not injure yourself further.
