Don't do what I did

So, in the interesting of helping others from my experience, if you do legs one day - don't do Drill Max the next. Especially the Scrambled Eggs Cardio Blast. (aka high-impact cardio blast). When your legs are already fatigued, only a ditz (like me) would try to do leg-based conditioning drills the next day for cardio. Moron!! (and holy cow do my knees hurt now!)

Don't feel bad, you are not the only ditz in Catheland - HA!! I also did Drill Max (Ultra Cardio Blast - yes, repeating each cycle twice in a row!!) the day after I did Legs & Glutes!! I thought my legs were going to go on strike and give out beneath me!! :p Should I mention the day before Legs & Glutes I did Low Impact Circuit Cardio Blast Premix on an 8 inch step?? Wowie were my legs fried by the end of that week!! :) But I have to say, when it was all said and done I felt so accomplished! Your post made me laugh because it just happened to me too and I was thinking I was nuts!

Yes, then I felt I hadn't done enough so I quickly added in the Kickboxing segment from 4DS. That was a better option.
 
Here's another ditz!!! I did Disc 3 (legs) on Friday and then the next morning did Drill Max Scrambled Eggs Cardio. I've never done this premix and thought because it wasn't that long of a workout that it would be slightly easier. I should have known better! Nothing is easy with Cathe!!! My legs were screaming 3/4 of the way through. The hops and forward bounding moves just never let up. A couple of times I had a hard time catching my breath, and I am a cardio junkie. Oh well, I'll probably end up doing it again, it's just the nature of the Beast (not that I'm calling Cathe a Beast)!!!!

I also did Drill Max after STS Disk 3 because she called for it on the rotation.. OHHHH!!! What a workout! Cant feel my hamstrings!
 
Me too. Never did the Scrambled egg, oops, Leg before and after Leg weight work out. Wow! I was dragging my legs at the end and screaming for no more. :confused:
 
I did Urban Rebounding the day after lSTS legs. I could hardly jump!! I know how you feel.
 
I can barely walk the next day after legs, I can not imagine doing Drill Max! Hats off to those of you that can! I"m envious!

Yes it is Cathe's fault!! I'll bet her ears were ringing on that day. I know I had some choice words for her. :p
 
Scrambled eggs?

I did body max 2 last night and saw scrambled eggs as a premix
I've never looked at the premixes before

what is scrambled eggs?
