I also get DOMS after Afterburn, as well as Athletic Training and Turbo Barre.
Here's what I'm wondering - why is it that some days I get it the next day, but then other times (on different workouts) I don't get it until the next 2 days. Any thoughts on that?
I did STS Disc 25 (chest and back) on Monday and felt DOMS in my chest on Tuesday. I did not get DOMS in my back until Wednesday. I thought it was very weird that while I worked both the chest and back at the same time, I did not get DOMS at the same time.
You too?! Have you noticed other DOMS changes?
I hope someone can shed some light on it. "back in the day" I always got it the day after, but maybe getting older has something to do with it?
I wish I knew why this happens. On Tuesday, I did Plyo Legs and got DOMS the next day, too, while other times I do leg workouts, it takes 2 days to get them. I would say I get DOMS more often after 2 days than after 1. I can't compare it to when I was younger because I did not exercise as much as I do now when I was in my 20's, and didn't exercise at all in my teens (I'm 31).
