I just looked up Body Pump. I've never done one. It looks just like a Cathe full body DVD. You mentioned Jari Love- I have her Ripped 1000 and like it too - combines cardio and weights. I never burn 1000 calories, but it is fun for a change and you can find her DVDs at Ross for about 4.99. Of Cathe's, you should consider - in addition to what has been mentioned - Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance, Power Hour, and Super Sets/Push Pull and maybe Drill Max. Look at clips of these and see what you think. They are good workouts that will keep you around an hour in time. The problem is, they are all good! Just keep in mind, in the end, they are less expensive than a gym membership
