I voted no, because even though I try very hard to get 6 WOs done in a week, if something comes up that prevents that I can go with the flow. I may feel disappointed, but not obsessed. I know that missing a day here and there will not matter in the whole scheme of things. I'm more obsessed with what I can or can't eat!

TOTALLY!!!!

I finally have it fairly under control. I used to workout 2-3 hours a day in my 20's and early 30's, but now I am down to an hour or hour and a half 6 days a week. I do get a little freaky though if I have to miss on a day that was not scheduled. I have an obsessive personality too, so that does not help.

I'm like you Robin. I also voted no. Yes I try *very* hard to get 6 workouts in a week, but if I skip a day (because I didn't sleep well the night before, I'm tired, or I'm just busy) I workout the next day without thinking twice or obsessing because I missed a workout. I am definitely more obsessed with what I eat or can't eat too!

Now if I don't workout 5 to 6 days a week, forget about it.

I agree with the other comments, if I miss a day doesn't stress me. I worry more about what goes in my mouth.

I voted no. I love working out but I'm not obsessive about it. Along with the others, I'm more obsessed about food, wish I didn't think about it so much.x(

I would have said yes, except that I have been quite calm during my recent injuries. I freaked for about one day, and then just took time off and went with the flow. Much nice this way. That said, I do love my workouts and miss them.

Me too Michelle. Gearing up for exercise requires a daily pep talk and pushing the "I don't feel like it" thoughts out of my mind. As much as I enjoy the results, the best part is getting it over with!

I used to be much more structured with my workouts, but for various stress related reasons the month of October has been pretty light on workouts. I'll get back to my well-liked and desired structured this weekend. ;-)

That's a hard question for me to answer so I did not vote...

Sometimes, yes, I DO think I'm obsessed and feel that it could be unhealthy but then I sit and think about how much I work out and say NO, I'm not OBSESSED! I work out 6 days a week for 30-90 minutes per day. It varies depending on what I have planned for myself. Is that obsessive or unhealthy??? I personally don't think so! Just because the "average american" doesn't do that much...or doesn't do anything at all...doesn't mean that I'm OBSESSED just because I do it often and enjoy it, right? :)

Hmmm...maybe I should go back and just vote NO!!!!:+

Uhhh, yeah. I would have to say so. If I miss a scheduled workout I get anxious. On my rest day I get a little depressed (sometimes). I'm not bothered by my obession. I feel like I'm glad because I like being trim and fit. That said, once I work out in the morning I'm done with it and I don't obsess until the next morning when I use my obsession to get me out of bed. So, it doesn't interfere with my life and that's ok.
