that you are doubled over in pain??!! I am not a clean eater but I do watch my calories and try to keep the protein on the high side ( and I will admit that I do better on some days than others). But today I am soooo darn hungry that its all I can do to keep from munching without being doubled over with hunger pains . I really don't know what it could be other than my monthly cycle is due towards the end of this week. But I don't normally get this bad with hunger. If it wasn't for the fact that I 'know' I did cardio this morning I would swear it was a heavy lifting day to account for all the hunger. I hate feeling like this knowing that my weight is already up due to my upcoming visitor but I don't want it to climb any higher. I hate feeling out of control}( .
