Nope. I'm a 5-6 times a day gal, but if I'm not hungry when I should "theoretically" eat, I don't eat just *because*. If you aren't hungry, you aren't hungry!
I do adjust my snacks accordingly though - if I'm not hungry for my mid-morning snack, but am hungry at 11:30 (don't do lunch until usually 12:30 or so), I'll just have a small piece of fruit or a few oat bran pretzels or something - just something very small to tide me over, so that I'm not totally starving for lunch.
