I will do shoulders & traps today.

Today I will do a run and abs! I didn't get to workout yesterday but did get my house some what in order. ;)

Tonight DH, friends and I are headed to a castle for a spook tour. ;) I am shaking already! HAHA!

Belinda: Have a great workout! Oh yeah I did download that new workout blender but haven't figured out why my downloads aren't showing on the right side of the program like the demo. ???? I shouldn't have to download or purchase these again!!!

I can not move my lower body. Hehe...oh the pain. A good pain though.

We are posting at the same time...toobad my internet is very slow..

Have a great time tonight. I like spooky castle. Sadly, none of my friends are in to it.

I waited for years but never get to it. Maybe next halloween. Have fun.

got my mini w/o in last night. actually i felt better/more awake as i went through it. go figure.

15# plate and 20# db used
upper- over head tri extensions laying down, bicep curls, a few moves like bench press with the plate. also some crunches w/plate.

all laying down. i liked the overhead tri laying down. feels like i'm less likely to bonk my head.

lower body- squats, lateral lunges, bridge, i think that was it. good basics to work upper and lower.

i think dh is working this weekend. So the kids and I will probably get a ride and trick or treat in mil neighborhood. halloween candy strategy? we got some to hand out, 1 bag. i like those kind, but not my fav. i put the unopened bag in the freezer. will be a challenge to either eat very little or none of the kids' candy. I've never done that before, but there's always a first time for everything. :)

Hi Kristina! Oh sounds like a challenge for all of us! DH bought candy for the kids....which ones I wonder. ;)

yes Alee! awesome on your w/o. i love that one. it's not a real w/o until i have doms the next day lol.

heidi, haven't noticed any doms yet. some slight tightness in the muscle is norm and welcome if it happens :)
