Good morning,

Never got a workout in yesterday:confused: Ended up finsihing DH's office, it looks so nice now! Today I ended up doing Intnesity "3.Step + HiiT (Hi) + Boot Camp – 59.09 min" premix, I also did the abs from Body Fusion with the stability ball.

DH and I will go to the Chrismas market in Nabburg:phttp://newspaper.grafenwoehr.com/2010/11/25/christmas-market-at-guteneck-castle-near-nabburg/1679
Since this is my last Christmas in Germany I will go to as many Christmas markets in Germany as I can:D And no, they are not all the same. If we still have enough time will will hit the Christmas market in Amberg too!

Wow! that workout sounds awesome! Way to work it!

I got in a short w/o before Thanksgiving dinner. My eating was ok. i did well at our cousin's house, and ate sponge cake desert with fruit in it. My fav. cake! It's great that it's also fat free, but it was my fav. as a kid too. Specifically, short cake, but of course we're not having that in November.

I actually ate way more than normal couple days BEFORE Thanksgiving. Haven't figured out what was going on. Did better yesterday. Scale is going down again. Somewhere below 185, from 186 which i am still convinced was water retention or something that particular day. trying to get back to 182, my lowest.

The Biggest Loser challenge isn't going that well for me. Weigh in's are Sundays. I started at 189, so haven't lost much considering i have the time to w/o, but i'm not committed and focused like i need to be.

On the upside, my booty seems to be rounder. I thought that hill walking and other butt exercises would take longer to work, but i guess since the muscle was already there, it wasn't hard. and got lots of compliments at Thanksgiving. Most of them see me just a few times a year. So the difference in weightloss is big. once i'm back to 180ish, that's 50lbs lost. So, need to focus on the positive. Keep on truck'n.

I will most certainly have to be stretching during the day to keep my legs from freezing up completely! HAHA! Great workout and for some
reason I felt weaker when doing the weights. Struggled with the last few reps during each of the bicep sets. Only used 25#BB and 10#DB's! Most
be from the legs day lifting the heavy BB???

Hi Kristina: Great job on the eating and great news that the scale is moving again. :)
Awesome getting in your workout before Thanksgiving too!

Hallo girls,

DH and I just came back from the Chrismas markets, we had a blast! It was freezing cold outside, I was dressed nice and warm. My legs got a little cold, other than that I was fine! On those Chrismas markets you can buy Gluewein (hot gluewine) It's so yummy and it warms you up from the inside:p when you drink this stuff you are not cold anymore, go figure:eek: It's a must have when you go to a Chrismas market and of course all those German goodies:p

Heidi - LOL, I never got a workout in yesterday eiter! You sure made up for it today. Awesome job, girl!

Sherry - nice job, on your workout yesterday.

Allee - have fun with JM today.

Kristina - keep up the good work and stay focus!

Hi everyone!

Late check-in, but better late than never. Yesterday did a kickbox workout from Exercise TV because I couldn't get to the DVD player. It was only ok, definitely nowhere near as good as Cathe. Today we did a fitness test for DS's scout badge work. It was fun having all of us do it and compare our strengths and lots of laughs, like when I was trying to do an unassisted pull-up (not!). However, my left wrist has been bothering me, which will make some weight work and push-ups difficult until it's better. Also hung up the lights outside today. Went through all the strands and threw so many away that didn't work. Not sure if I told all of you, but DH has a job lined up to start in January. That is such a relief! So today we ordered a new sectional for the family room, since the old sofa is wearing through to the cushions. It should be delivered in late January, so guess where his paycheck is going!

Belinda -Incredible workout! Enjoy your Christmas shopping! I have many German style wooden ornaments for my tree. I would love to shop for more!

Kristina - I'm sure it felt good to hear all those compliments! Keep up the great work. Hill walking is great for the booty!

Allee - How was your workout today? Good job getting in done.

Heidi - Very nice double duty today. How are the legs? Did you get a chance to stretch?

Sherry, I am so happy for you and your DH:D Glad things are turning around! Give your wrist a break if it's bordering you and stretch it. Yeah, on the new sectional. I love German style wooden ornaments for the tree too, if you want me to sent you some let me know;)
