Wow! that workout sounds awesome! Way to work it!
I got in a short w/o before Thanksgiving dinner. My eating was ok. i did well at our cousin's house, and ate sponge cake desert with fruit in it. My fav. cake! It's great that it's also fat free, but it was my fav. as a kid too. Specifically, short cake, but of course we're not having that in November.
I actually ate way more than normal couple days BEFORE Thanksgiving. Haven't figured out what was going on. Did better yesterday. Scale is going down again. Somewhere below 185, from 186 which i am still convinced was water retention or something that particular day. trying to get back to 182, my lowest.
The Biggest Loser challenge isn't going that well for me. Weigh in's are Sundays. I started at 189, so haven't lost much considering i have the time to w/o, but i'm not committed and focused like i need to be.
On the upside, my booty seems to be rounder. I thought that hill walking and other butt exercises would take longer to work, but i guess since the muscle was already there, it wasn't hard. and got lots of compliments at Thanksgiving. Most of them see me just a few times a year. So the difference in weightloss is big. once i'm back to 180ish, that's 50lbs lost. So, need to focus on the positive. Keep on truck'n.
