O.K. I need some advice or input from my frineds in fitness on this one. Last Sunday I woke up with a terrible sinus headache and the beginnings of a head cold. It progressed just as I thought it would and left me pretty stuffy and without much energy to workout. I am 100% better today (Saturday) and I have not had to take any cold medicine since Thursday. So, I decided to workout today for the first time in a week. I made it through about 10 min. of CTX step and Intervals and became dizzy and kind of queasy. In the past once I'm over a cold or whatever I've been able to jump right back in w/o any problems. This is strange. A week ago I was tackling IMAX 2 and my other longer Cathe workouts w/o missing a beat. Has this happened to anyone else out there? I guess I'm going to have ease back into my normal workout routine.
