I did Gym Style Legs yesterday - LOTS of squats in that one! My quads, hammies & glutes are thanking you today!:p;)

Not so much today but yesterday. Meso 2 disc 16....owie. ;) DOMS made it a bit challenging to get in and out of the car today!
 
Does running up and down stairs taking care of two sick kids count as leg work? If so, I did legs.
 
ppffffffttttt....of course.....gotta squat.

Took me about 2 sec to pull the trigger on those new workouts today. Will squat a little later & run!
