Did you do the 1RM test for legs?

I'm sure this has been asked before but did you do the 1RM test for the leg workouts? I just completed the tests for disc 1 & 2. I just haven't had the time or energy lately. I'm dreading the rest of the tests and I was wondering if it was OK to skip legs or should I just bite the bullet and do them?
I plan on starting STS March 1.

I didn't do the 1 rep max for legs. Honestly, I was to lazy. I'm starting wk 3 today and so far have done 2 leg workouts. I was a little confused as to what weight to use but just grabbed what I thought was right and wasn't to worried about it since Meso 1 is the endurance cycle. I convinced myself that doing the 1 rep max for legs was pointless since I don't have a squat rack and can only handle holding so much weight on my back. IMO the upper body exercises are more important for the 1 rep tests.

I just did them this morning. Just took me 1 hour including a quick warm up and stretch. I dont have STS yet, its on transit to arrive on monday, but I was really surprised on how heavy I could lift for the lower body. I really recomend doing those.

I did some of the 1 rep maxes for legs. Some of them, I wasn't sure exactly what the exercise was, do figured I'd wait. Some of them with one or two stars I didn't do, esp towards the end of the 1 rep maxes. I was really sore from doing these! I did all the ones I could figure out with 3 or more stars, though...hope that's enough. I would recommend doing them. When you get to that point in the workout, it would go much faster if you knew what weight to pick or at least guestimated ahead of time. You could try to do 1 rep maxes during the workout, too, then write them down.

I did the upper body and only did a few of the legs. My legs are my weakest point. I only did the squat and deadlifts. I have a good idea what weight to use for lunges, the ones with plates etc.

I have done disc 1, 2 and 3 so far and I think I am doing fine without the 1RM for legs. If I use too heavy for lunges, my knees hurt so I am avoiding that.

I did most of the one rep max for legs. It was fairly easy for me because I had recently completely my own undulating periodization rotation. I already had a fairly good idea of my one rep max

I just did the ones with the 3 or 4 stars but when I did the actual workout for the ones I didn't do like the 1 or 2 stars I just pick up a weight that I could do then recorded after the workout.

I did them and they were right on for Disk 3. I don't know if I could have guessed the right weight; I think they were heavier than I would have selected on my own.
