Finished the 100 push up challenge. That is the best awfullest thing I have ever done. Can't say I'll ever do 100 again in one group of my own free will The 1st 50 weren't so bad. 51-85 were ROUGH, the last 15 were sheer willpower. Had to pause and hold a plank thru the last 15 a couple times. And fell into a nice splat on the ground after the last one. I wanted to do at least 1 more, but it wasn't going to happen. I think I'll continue to do a large set of pushups before every strength workout, but I don't want to do that ever again!!!
