Did Legs and Glutes for the 1st time today!!

I love, love, love L&G!! I think it is one of my favorite Cathe LB workouts. Not only is the workout killer, but Cathe (and crew) seems to have a ton of fun doing it. I find myself doing the countdown at the end. Tough but effective. :D
 
I absolutely adore this workout!! It took me a long time to get up the courage to actually use ankle weights but I was sooooo happy when I did! Man, I love Cathe workouts!!!!
 
I am new to Cathe and I have started with the Gym Series, which I love! How does Legs & Glutes and Butts and Gutts compare and contrast to GS Legs? Thanks in advance for your opions!!!
 
I did the 82 minute premix from KPC/L&G today, and LOVED it!! So much so that I went back for more -- I tacked on combo 1 from KPC (i've been wanting to do those pop pop ducks ever since the RT), and then I also added the ankle weight stuff from L&G (my fav!). Killer workout!!

OUCH. That sounds like a killer! I'm not ready to do the KPS/L&G premix - although I am doing straight KPC tomorrow am. I'm a newbie to Kickboxing so I'm just focusing on getting that down first... although I did pretty good my first time out last weekend.

As far as the differences - I feel that L&G is more endurance oriented - and you don't use a barbell for anything (at first I had a hard time with that, but I actually realized I like it). GS is a heavier weight workout for me - I'm still trying to master some of the ball moves.
