There was a fish taco and a shredded beef burrito involved. I was unprepared. I had made a feeble attempt with carrot sticks and jicama, but that was insufficient. :eek:

Ever have an attack of the hungries?
 
Yep, Happened to me today :p and I was prepared!

A customer brought in a banana cream pie for everyone at work. Banana cream pie hmmm...I'm thinking to myself, no worries I can resist this NOT :D

So I had a small piece and it was good! Like fit_fairy said no regrets :D
 
Yep. Mine was a Samuel Adams Summer Ale - probably worse than anything all of you had, but it was really good!

Yep - had the urge for sushi and it was scrumptious. The white rice will do me no good, especially at night, and the deep fried shrimp in the middle of one of the rolls wasn't a great choice either. But no regrets as I did Plyo Legs right before.

That means I will have an elevated metabolism for a few more minutes so I will be good in the AM, right? :rolleyes:
 
Ice cream my total weak spot. I haven't eaten it in quite sometime and then I went to dinner at a friend's house and she served HD Pineapple Coconut ice cream with fresh mango for dessert and of course I had some. BUT then I went to the store the next day and bought some more. That was my downfall. So now I know ice cream is a big trigger food for me and it is back to yogurt and fruit for dessert.
 
Mmmmmmmmm, chocolate chip cookies. DH & I made some over the weekend. I thought I could resist. Nope. In fact did several walk bys. If I eat them while standing/walking does that help? Finally gave the last 2 away. Oh well, they were good. :D
 
I had a slice of chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing! It tasted so good....and I had just did IMAX 3! So it was ok I think! lol
 
It seems to be contagious!

I think we all have been working out so hard (and so well) our muscles are hungry and what better to feed them with than simple carbs!

Yesterday I had two restaurant meals, Indian Vegetable Curry and Tandoori Chicken, Naan and about six different chutneys for lunch. For dinner a Chinese restaurant, wor wonton soup, potstickers, garlic basil chicken and rice. When I got home after eating such yummy food I ate chocolate Haagen Daz right out of the carton with the freezer drawer open and then :D five prunes!

This morning I felt like I had a hangover, so I drank a quart of water and ran 5 miles. The first 1.5 was brutal but after that - I felt so much better!

Sometimes I just need to eat, and then my body isn't nearly so famished for the rest of week.

Thats ok because its a post workout carbohydrate, I mean you actually had to eat it so that you could refuel, right? lol!!!!!
 
I was so mad too... I succumbed to my boys driving me bonkers and ate leftover chocolate from Hershey Chocolate World... *sigh*
 
Movie theater popcorn! Wish I didn't regret it...I almost ate the whole thing (shared some w the kids) :eek: but..., I did plyo legs this morning! (insert loud roar here);)
