Deciding on 2 more Leg Workouts

Hi! I would love advice on picking 2 additional leg workouts. I'm new to Cathe, so I don't have much experience with any of them. I'm an advanced lifter and looking for something that will challenge me and work my legs hard. Here is what I have already: XTrain Legs&Cardio Leg Blast, Butts&Guts, and TurboBarre. I'm looking for variety, so preferably different than these ones with a challenging pace (not a lot of down time). I was thinking one of these: pyramid lower body, leaner legs, STS Messo 2 legs....??? Any suggestions?

Pyramid lower body is a favorite around here....and believe me, there is NO DOWN time with the Pyramid workouts ! I think the lower body one goes a little slower than the Upper...which is blazing fast!

I also like the Slow & Heavy workouts for heavier lifting.

Anything you pick will probably be good.
 
My vote is gonna go to STS M2 hands down! Be warned, you go HEAVY with them :eek:. You really can't go wrong with any of the STS Legs. They are my absolute FAVORITE (I don't say that lightly :eek:) of all Cathe's lower body workouts.

BTW, if you can get downloads, then you will be able to purchase the legs separately, but if not then you have to get the entire STS M2 -- which includes upper body. In all honesty, that's not even a bad thing because STS M2 ROCKS. A must-have in your collection if you want nicely sculpted muscles :D.
 
If you love to lift heavy than the suggestions for Gym Style Legs and Meso 2 legs are spot on. I do have to throw my vote in there for Lower Body Trisets though from the LIS series. The most efficient lower body workout I own! I get DOMS every time and it's only 39 minutes. :D
 
My favorites are the STS M3 Legs series (not squat rack). It mixes plyo legs with lifting and I absolutely love this combination.
 
Gym Style Legs and Pyramid Lower Body sounds like the type of workouts you're looking for. You may also want to consider Leg & Glutes and Lower Body Blast.

If I could only choose two, I would opt for:

Meso 2 legs (for a no mercy and no nonsense heavier weight workout)
Lower Body Blast (for quick moving, heart-pumping toning with cardio bursts)
 
Wow!! Thank you all so much - these all look awesome !! Now I want them all! ...must......control.....self....(haha)!!!! (-: I noticed that, like the LIS Trisets, the STS messo 2 legs is structured in trisets. Are they different enough to get both?
 
I would say LIS Trisets is very different from Meso 2 legs. There is a mix of weighted and unweighted exercises in LIS Trisets (Dixie cups! :eek:) whereas Meso 2 legs is straightforward weighted exercises. There is just so much to love about LIS Trisets (can you tell I'm a fan? lol) :D
 
I forgot about LIS Tri-Sets! YES GET IT! GET IT! GET IT! And STS M2 :eek:. If you love not being able to sit on the toilet for days, then those babies are for you :eek:.

And while you are at it, get LBB too! That one deserves an honorable mention. 1,000 elevated lunges anyone??? OUCH! And it's fun too :p.
 
Did they have more then one ? I downloaded plyo legs. Is there more?

Yes Renee, there are 4 Plyo Legs w/o's :eek::eek::eek:. They are all the same "concept" but each containing some new strength/plyo exercises. If I recall, I think W2 or W3 has the ROCK CLIMBER'S! Those almost killed me :eek:.
I would not hesitate to download all 4 [enter flaming credit card].
 
Yes! Is it on meso 3 ? I need to find it! I saw only one but i stoped at that one because i didnt see them all. Gotta try those to!
