Hi! I would love advice on picking 2 additional leg workouts. I'm new to Cathe, so I don't have much experience with any of them. I'm an advanced lifter and looking for something that will challenge me and work my legs hard. Here is what I have already: XTrain Legs&Cardio Leg Blast, Butts&Guts, and TurboBarre. I'm looking for variety, so preferably different than these ones with a challenging pace (not a lot of down time). I was thinking one of these: pyramid lower body, leaner legs, STS Messo 2 legs....??? Any suggestions?
