Hi Debbie,
I am determined to get myself motivated this month, and a few of your rotations have caught my attention. I really feel like I want to build some endurance this month after a lackluster workout regimen last month. So, I think I may try either your Endurance & Muscle Defining from Feb. 07, or Total Body/Endurance from Aug. 06. (I also thought about doing the Circuit Mix rotation, but I don't want to get overwhelmed when I'm trying to get myself back into my workouts.)
My question is, which rotation do you suggest? Here is my info: I am 36 (yesterday was my BDay!), weight is 155.5, I'm 5'5" and I have no clue on my daily caloric intake. My DH cooks for us, so it's healthy, we use organic and try to stay away from processed foods. But I know my food intake is a place that needs work. As for myself physically, I'm only unhappy with my stomach area. My legs and arms have muscle tone, even with my sporadic exercise lately. My abs have never been great (probably from the food, right?). Anyway - I just don't feel like my endurance is where it should be right now, and I'm wondering which of these rotations you would suggest to a busy Mom who is finding it hard to fit in/get motivated to do her daily workout!!
TIA - Any input (Debbie or others) is appreciated, you're alway so nice to us here!
