Amelia, looks good to me. And I'm pretty sure there is a leg premix on 4DS. That leg workout is a good one.
I am so glad you posted this question and got an educated answer. I think I may follow in your footsteps. At least for four weeks and see what happens. I'm basically in the same boat. I'm 5'3" and 176, meso/endo mix. Let us know how it goes (hope you don't mind the comment. )
Hey Debbie...I just wanted to give you an update...this is my 5th week in this rotation and although my eating hasn't been 100% im still seeing results. I will cheat about two days a week. But mostly im sticking to that 1700 calorie limit you suggested.
so far im down:
3/4 waist
1/4 hips
3/4 in ea. leg
arms the same
Calves are slightly larger
My weight goes up and down so im not really paying much attention to it.
anyways...i just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the advice you gave me!
I will update you in another month...
