Good Morning Girls
Today was PLB. I really enjoyed this, with the lower weights, I was able to really concentrate on my form. And as always, the stability ball work was tough.
leg press: 25-30-35#
lunges: 30-35-40#
squats/plies: 35-40-45#
deadlifts: 35-40-45#
My DH came home last night, with a gift for me: a new pink ipod shuffle!!! I have been having discman problems when I'm on the treadmill, and he saw how frustrated I was, so... surprise! He is so sweet!:7
