Dancy Moves

I love the dancy moves because they do require you to think about what you're doing. I get bored quickly with basic workouts, and the creative, dancy moves really keep me interested - in fact, the harder the workout is for me to learn, the better I like it in the long run. Now, that said, I absolutely need to have power moves in there too - give me plyo jacks, air jacks, and tucks, and I'm a happy, sweaty girl. Cathe does a fantastic job of combining the two for maximum interest and results!
 
I can't stand them. Which is odd, considering the fact that I was a competition dancer for many years. I don't know...I think it's just that when I am working out, I want pure athleticism. If I want choregraphy, I'll go to a dance club or just fool around to hip hop music in my living room. I get frustrated with too much danci-ness in a workout and feel that it takes away from my being able to focus completely on my heart rate and "the burn".
