Diana:: I was the same way with the Cathe Tower. I stared at it blankly for a while until I finally figured out how to get it together all by myself!!!LOL Do your duties prevent you from WFH more often or do you prefer to only do it once per week? Today's BR was good. All of those jump lunges were killer but I am getting better at them I noticed! I used to do them shallow and fast b/c it was easier. Now I am able to get into a full lunge position. I just have to slow down my pace but still managed 30-35 lunges for every interval! BR has also done wonders for me with push ups! I haven't been so good at push ups since I did the X back in the beginning of 2007!!!! In fact, I think I'm even BETTER at them now!
