Hey Ladies.
Today's work out was UGI w/o # 5 (legs/core focus), 80 reps of each of the following: firewalkers, walking lunges, inner thigh lifts per leg, glute squeezes, and last but not least-12 minutes of jump rope intervals (10 s rest/50 s work). Good stuff. With any luck I'll have sore glutes tmrw!
