Good Morning Ladies,
I'm icing my back while catching up on FB and reading the news this morning. I took the muscle relaxers last night before bed but didn't take any pain medication and it's really hurting this morning. I took some ibuprofen when I woke up and still plan on doing some kind of workout, something without weights or a step. Once I get moving around it starts to feel a bit better.
I'm so off track with my tri-training and the Cathe rotation. Instead of beating myself up about it I'm just going to play things by ear until my back is better. We are running in tri-training tonight. My plan is to go to class and probably just walk or jog. Swimming probably won't happen, just too dangerous with these back spasms.
Wendy-another good w/o. Seems to me that you like coming up with your own w/o's, really for clients but trying them out first.
