Damage Control-May

Hi Ladies,

I was up early and went swimming this morning!:confused: Gonna have to get used to it cuz I need the practice! My short triathlon is next weekend on the 9th. After that I will continue tri training following a program I pulled off the internet. It calls for 2 days per week of each discipline and brick w/o's (bike to run-no rest) every other weekend. On top of that, my training partner wants me to commit....she's coming over tonight....to sign up for a HM in October.

I'm taking the next 5 Monday's as vacation days to spend with the Girlies!!! I'm gonna have to find some fun activities for us.

Wendy-Nice job going solo!!! You Got This!!! It's probably easy to get your feet wet with fewer people anyway. Sounds like you have found yourself a nice studio to work out of. Congratulations. Sorry on the lack of sleep..booh. My body just been so tired lately I've been sleeping great.

Laura-Hope you at least got to enjoy your vacation. Did you buy another rental house? Sending prayers for your mom's successful surgery and speedy quick recovery! Hope you and DH are feeling better too.

Lori-A marathon...wow. Maybe that's why you haven't been checking in with us...you've been running!!:eek:

Good Morning Girls.

I had yet another great work out courtesy of the pt studio this morning!:D

Today's is DS' B'day party with his friends at the bowling alley. Between us, I am NOT looking forward to it. :rolleyes: Luckily it's only 2 hours long and at least the bowling alley is a more tolerable choice the Chuck E. Cheese! :eek:

Laura:: How is your DM recovering from surgery? Hope all is well.

Di:: I give you a lot of credit for the swimming thing! Keep plugging away at it girl and you'll get used to it! Yes, I think this studio is going to be a great fit for me. I'm super excited!

Lori:: Not sure if you'll see this or not but good luck at your race today!
