Debbie...I have been thinking about using S&H soon. Sounds like a good workout.
Talk about leg workouts. I pulled out my Power Half Hour DVD monday and did the 30 min Bun Shaper!! YEOW!! It alternates standing and floorwork and I used a 1 lb ankle weight on each leg. I decided with the DOMS yesterday I'd skip freestyle.
So today I'm doing Hardcore Step Challenge with maybe a bit more cardio added...
