Yesterday was Imax 2 interval 1 through 7 + BM step segment only.

Today is f/b weight work, xtra cardio and abs...

Good morning fitness folks...

Yesterday was GS Legs... what a burner!! I have made gains on this Sept rotation and was able to complete the slow lunges with the 5# weights on both sides. I was able to do all the bonuses lunges also but did have to drop the 8# weights on the bonuses. Still better than I did last time on this w/o.

Today is ME. Oh boy. Those legs are gonna say "you've gotta be kidding?":p

Wendy: Wow! You are kicking it up yet another notch! Your workout mish-moshes are fun to read about. Yesterdays mix of IM and BM looks like one tough mix:eek:!

I'm intent on getting the preggie pounds off!}(

Yesterday's w/o was tough but not as bad as I thought!

I originally intended for only 1/2 of Imax but it is apparently getting a bit easier for me so I kept going until time became an issue. I knew I wanted to add in some steady state cardio so I had to quit after int. 7. BM step seemed like a walk in the park after IMAX! LOL

It was a fun w/o!

Today did LL, abs, and Low Max 1-4.

Hi ALL!
This is my last day to check-in this week. I am going to visit my two college kids for parents weekend/ birthday weekend (DD).
I just got everything ready for my sitter (for the younger 2 kids) Now I can pack, workout and shop for the care packages. It is a busy but enjoyable day ahead!

Good morning everybody!

I did GS Chest and Triceps this morning. I still doing something wrong with my right shoulder, for some reason I work that shoulder more than I do my chest x( . I changed my form and hopefully that's the right way to go.

I have never done the Gaunlet, I just got my Terminator DVD on Friday, so I have to try it soon }( !

Today is a spin class at my gym. Then I think I will tackle S&H bi/tri, floorwork L&G, and some sort of abs.

Wendy...I like your cardio for yesterday. Then I wouldn't have to do that nasty Imax2 interval #9!!!

Jane...WOW!!! You might have a bit of DOMS in those legs tomorrow...:)

Kristine...those Terminator workouts are all long and tough. I like them all...:)

Debbie...I have been thinking about using S&H soon. Sounds like a good workout.

Talk about leg workouts. I pulled out my Power Half Hour DVD monday and did the 30 min Bun Shaper!! YEOW!! It alternates standing and floorwork and I used a 1 lb ankle weight on each leg. I decided with the DOMS yesterday I'd skip freestyle.

So today I'm doing Hardcore Step Challenge with maybe a bit more cardio added...

Today I switched off on the Sept. rotation and did RS and ab hits, tomorrow I will do ME, and so on.

I can't wait for the October rotation!
 
Hi Everyone: Today was one of my favourite workouts, I combined CTX PowerCircuits with BodyMax step Circuits abs and stretch, great cardio and leg work. I went slow and heavy on the legs and am feeling a buzz in there already and I just finished about 20 minutes ago}(

Jane, your legs have been very busy, the rotation looks challenging.

Gotta dry my hair and get to work, I've missed what's going on the boards the last few days and look forward to catching up later today.

Hi all, I did PUB shoulders, and PLB calves and floorwork with abs from MIS all barefoot since my blister is really limiting my shoe wearing.sigh. Anybody have a quick cure to harden up tender skin that is underneath the blister??:( I am not even sure I will be able to do cardio again tomorrow.sigh. Sometimes life throws you a small curve ball!!

Hi good morning everyone,yesterday I did Shape it up of the Slim Series, the TJ cardio part nº 1 and ab jam. Today I will do Mix it up of the Slim Series, the TJ 20 minutes workout and Power Half Hour abs. Have a great day everyone.

Carole, I stopped doing IMAX in a perfect spot, ey? ;) LOL Now that I got a grasp of it, the BM step segment is really fun too!


Wow, the PH bun shaper. Been a lOOOOOng time since I've done that one! Doesn't that have walking lunges in it?? I should pull that one out myself one day! Thanks for the inspiration!:)

Yesterday I had a rest day, which I needed physically and worked well with my schedule.

Today I did HSTA and it was perfect.

Late check in today. I did SB this morning. I was in the middle of my SB Challenge when my DVD skipped (it must have had a smudge on it) and went back to the very beginning. It kind of threw off my whole groove. I got back to where I was and was able to finish, but that little break caused my heart rate to go back down, so I lost a lot of my intensity.:-(
