Hi everyone,
This morning I did my homemade premix of SJP/SB: SJP w/u, step, SB challenge, c/d, stretch. A fun, fun 40 minute workout. Oh, my lovely Step Blast Challenge, how I love thee.
Annette - are you part of a homeschooling community? I mean, do you coordinate your schooling with other families of homeschoolers? Do you all plan social outings or field trips together? Good luck on the sonogram today. Let us know how it goes.
Logos - Gauntlet (70mins); Viper (80mins); IMAX Extreme (75mins). I think the Gauntlet seems the longest because it's the hardest (IMO). Circuits 4 & 5 back to back generally require an ambulance to be standing by.
Jes - Awesome job on BootCamp!!!!!! Was that your first time through it?
Jane - do you like MIS? It's not a favourite of mine, and hardly gets used, but many people just love it.
Charlotte - excellent job on the run!
Debbie - your workout today sounds positively horrendous }( If we don't hear from you for a few days, we'll know you're still in the ER.
Carole - can you run on your sore foot? Thanks re: HSCircuit. This is the intermediate workout that she put out with the BS/BF dvd (not the uber-hard High Step Challenge!). It's a fun little workout, and just flies by. You're doing HSTA today for the first time? Enjoy! I really like that workout. I like all the high step workouts, actually. They have a very low boredom factor.
Dutchie - what kind of a workout do the kids want to do? Weights? Running?
Laurie Mac - I've noticed that in all of Cathe's rotations that are designed to really improve stamina and blast the extra pounds off, she goes intense with the lower body. I suppose it's because using those large muscles burns more calories than any other muscle? At any rate, I'm glad to hear you're seeing results!
Katie - no check in today? How is the Jan '04 rotation going?
I saw my midwife yesterday, and it appears that all systems are starting to get ready to go for baby. Of course, this doesn't mean that I'll have her early, but there's no doubt that I'm in the homestretch.
Have a great day everyone,
Sandra
