Last night: Step Blast and the NY Ballet Workout stretch

Tonight likely will be a cardio and an upper body workout.

Holy shmoly what is wrong w/ me. I was so excited to get Imax 2 in the mail that I did that whole thing in addition to all of C&W. I felt like I needed it b/c last weekend we got in an accident (weather related) and smashed the front of our car (luckily all of us were unharmed) and Tuesday my dear grandmother passed away. I guess exercise is my vice in times of stress. I tend to go overboard at times. Anyway, sorry for the rambling, but OMG I think my body is going to die today...so sore...rest day for me.

Last night I did the upper body premix from ME which mean I FRIED my biceps! lol Then I did the step premix from SJP.

Tonight I will do the lower body premix from ME and some cardio.

Good Morning, everyone!

Wendy- I know what you mean about upper body in ME...its a killer, huh? My arms still fried too from Power Hour yesterday.

Anyhow, today I will be getting out the gravel out of the side of my yard the snow plows put there. Yes, I could have them come out and do it, but they will tear up the yard doing so.
When I am done, I am going to do Boot Camp.

Body Fat % back down to 15. Seems like you can't take readings for about 10 days before and after your TTOM as I think my body was still adjusting even though I felt fine and not bloated, etc.

Today was L&G for me. I hadn't done this in a while and was really dreading it, but I will tell you it was much easier than I anticipated. Not EASY, mind you, but EASIER. lol

I think my next two purchases are going to be CoreMax and StretchMax. I am on a strength rotation and really need to stretch more than I am now....

Today I am doing Imax3 and GS Back and Chest. Also I will attempt 2 segments of Coremax...those girls in the Video/DVD forum seem to be making me...}( :7

Morning Everyone,

I changed my mind last night and did HSC. This was the first time I had done it and I really enjoyed the work out. Anything that makes me sweat, I enjoy. }( So tonight will be what I was suppose to do last night, which is Stretchmax all 3 segments.

Debbie, exercise is the best medicine out there as far as I can see. Take care of yourself.

Hello Lovely Ones!!! Today for me is C/W. i did UB only pm of BC last night. Knees have been feeling a little fragile lately, so i took 2 days of no cardio. TIme for new shoes i think!

Hey to all you wonderful ladies!!

Well today marks day 2 of my brother coming over to workout!! I am proud of him, he is trying to make an effort!! He actually thanked me for working out with him, isn't that sweet!! LOL

Today:
IMAX 2: 54.5 minutes
Slow and heavy: Chest and back: 55.5 minutes
Total workout time = 110 minutes wahoooooo!!

My shoulder is still bothering me, so I really doubt I will do any shoulder work the rest of the week. I have some serious DOMS in my hamstrings today from Gym style: Legs: Standing work only...OUCHYYY!

Hi all,

Turns out I have an arthritic big toe, so until I can have my orthotics modified I will not be stepping. Step is the worse on my toe, I can still kickbox and do low impact aeorbics type stuff and of course weight lift but NO stepping.:( He gave my condition some long name but I can't remember, basically my big toe joint is almost bone against bone with hardly any cartilege left.

Soo I did PS chest and biceps today with abs from Body Max.

Anybody know anything about which Winsor Pilates is a good one to start out with? I have done some pilates in the past, so I am not totally new to it.

OUCH! That sounds incredibly painful. At least you can still modify and work out.

I have no idea about Pilates, though. Sorry.
 
Hello! Today I am under the weather, itchy scratchy throat and my ear is ringing off the hook....:-( I was supposed to be doing High Step Training Advanced, but after work I am high stepping it into my bed. I feel like my head ways twenty pounds.

As to a good pilates video: Winsor pilates has some good ones, but be careful as I have sent many back: Advanced slimming (only 20 mins) is an excellent one and Winsor Advanced Burn 60 mins is great.

I would highly recommend "The Pilates Method for Weightloss". Its wonderful! And I know the title is super cheesy, but its an excellent video.
 
Hello all. Well, last night in addition to my IMAX 2 workout in the morning, I decided to do PUB tricep and biceps. There were already sore this morning. I did Leaner Legs this morning. Whew! My legs are like Jello.

Is it called Pilates Conditioning for Weight Loss? I did a search and this is the title that came up for what I put in. Could this be the same tape?
