Yesterday: L&G (standing leg work), S&H shoulders and NY Ballet stretch. A lot of cleanMax yesterday today.

This evening PowerMax and leg work on schedule.

Good Morning Friends in Fitness!

Yesterday was a scheduled rest day, but dh and I went to a nearby state park and hiked in the woods. It was a good workout, with all the hills and a beautiful day to be out there!:D

Today is Imax3. Not one of my favorites -YET!~ With Imax 1 and 2, I learned them slowly and once I did, I LOVE them, so I have a feeling I will with #3 too one of those days! Right now I am still struggling through. I need to do it more often,I just get frustrated when I don't plow right though and have only given it a handful of chances.

Good morning Cathy, Becky.... Yesterday was ME.

Today is IMAX3 for me too since Becky and I are both doing the Sept. rotation. I don't like IMAX3 as much as IMAX2 but I am psyched about this week being more cardio-heavy than last week was.

Today I will be busy. Tons to do. First Chest and Back, Core Max 1, 2 and a 3 mile run in the evening.

Good morning everybody,

this morning I did GS Back, Shoulder and Biceps on the schedule. I am doing kind of a P90X rotation with Cathe's. Let's see how that will work out :).

Becky, Jane - IMAX 3 is not one of my favourites either and I don't think it ever will, too much jumping up and down the step

Wendy - I hope you get to feel better soon ;)

Today was Low Max w/weights and a run this afternoon. I have so much to do too. Lots of cleaning. I am actually looking forward to it though! I think I am just happy to be home!

Today is a great Monday! I love new weeks! Today is home blessing hour and half ( AKA cleanning) 30" bike and 60" pilates class.

Cathy, Becky, Jane, Wendy, Tammy, Charlotte: It is nice to read yur morning check in report and I hope you each have productive days!

Charlotte - I'm sure that rest day was good for you!

Good morning,

Don't feel bad you guys, I have a huge dread factor about Imax 3, and I don't know why. I get through it alright, but I modify any jumping off the step to the floor, my back and knees just shouldn't have to deal with that. Anyways, I did Coremax 1 and Stretchmax 2 on Sunday, then Imax 3 and Ab hits today. Now I can look forward to the rest of the rotation this week.

I think I'm gonna rest today. Had a killer w/o with DH b/w the gym and home. We did running (half steady state, half sprints) & the elliptical and then came home and did ME. We both feel like trains maimed us a bit ;) We're good though!

I just finished Imax 3 and that's what it is ! Too much jumping on anf off the step. I don't like jumping OFF the step at all....when stepping first was becoming popular I remember the instructors always saying you could jump or run ON but always STEP off! I guess that stuck with me and I'm not comfortable doing that. Also there is SO much impact....plyo's, air jacks and tucks.... a bit much for me.
I really don't think it will become a favorite now that I have tried again but I guess it's a good "plateau buster" to keep around.;-)

Hi good morning. Yesterday I did shape it up of the slim series and 1 hour in my stationary bike. Today I will do Turbo Jam and killer abs and back of Michael Olajide.

Cathy-Great workout.

Becky- Enjoy IMAX 3.My favorite IMAX still being IMAX 2 but this is a great workout.

Jane- Enjoy the September rotation

A very late good morning to my friends in fitness!!

I'm not following my rotation at the moment because of my cold. I'm well into week 2 with this thing. It is slowly getting better--if I could only get over this cough.;(

I've been doing light cardio, anything more sends me into a coughing frenzy. Yesterday DH and I walked a hilly 2 miles.

Today is supposed to be basic step and ab add on. I think I'll go with Leslie Sansone instead of the step.

Happy Monday All! I'm off to teach BodyPump to the Lunchtime Ladies and am a bit worried because my upperbody is really feeling DOMSey from yesterday's PP upperbody x3 premix. I tell myself to go light but once I'm up there in front of everyone I end up loading the bar right up.

IMAX3 Ladies, I hear you, I do so want to love this workout but don't think I ever will as is. With some modifications it's a good fit but I'm the same as Becky and have heard too many times that jumping off of the step is not the most prudent move.

Carole, that's a great premix isn't it!:)

Yoohoo...Saaaandraaaaa, we're thinking about you and waiting semi-patiently to hear how you are:)

Hello all:

Wasn't I pleasantly surprised when I logged in Saturday evening and saw the annoucement and presale!! I ran for my credit card and ordered 'em all up. I'm quite excited!

Yesterday I ran 40 minutes when it was way too hot and humid. I'm still fried from that. This morning I did SJP. It's just never been one of my favorites. I'm not sure why.

Last week, when IMAX 3 was on the rotation, I subbed IMAX 2. Simply for the fun factor. Don't get me wrong, I like IMAX 3, just IMAX 2 is FUN!!
