Daily CheckIn: Monday, September 19

Hi everyone!

Not sure what more to say other than, "I'm still here!". I thought about Jane's suggestion of doing a HCExtreme workout today, but those are so far out of my league right now, so I did the very best I could do: Step Blast!! I was in the mood for something that would work me hard, and be fun at the same time. It was a great workout, but even the blasts at the end didn't seem to jolt Baby out of her comfy confines.

Becky - good luck with IMAX3 today. I'm sure you'll feel so accomplished once you get through it!

Tammy - Hi back! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) Have a great run!

Wendy - oh no, not a cold! Yuck! Get better soon!

Carole - obviously no news today. Maybe tomorrow......? Enjoy your KPC/LG workout today. Those are always fun!

Laurie - you did the PP upper x3 yesterday? Wow. Kudos to you! And you're going to do a BodyPump class today? I wish I still lived in Kingston - I'd take your classes! I desperately wish I had something new to post, but no such luck. Maybe tomorrow.

Foodie Sue - I ordered all 4 dvds, too! Which one(s) are you most looking forward to?

Annette - just saying "hi". I hope you're doing well.

One of these days I will be in good enough shape again to give IMAX3 a proper try. Those blasts definitely don't look as "kind" as IMAX2!

Good Afternoon Fitness Friends,

Yesterday, I did HCE circuit, and Billy blanks ab BC.

This morning, I did PUB and PLB for a total body weight workout to shock my muscles.

I need to get back to work, my business is doing very well.

Sandra - I think you'll be up to IMAX3 not long after delivery. StepBlast at term. Wow!:)

I just finished IMAX3 and I am sorry if y'all have read this on other threads, but I did all the plie jacks in that interval. 24, 16, 8, 8. I was wobbly and a little shallow on the last eight but airborne!!!

The Sept rotation has really increased the strength and endurance in my legs. I can now do IMAX3 all the way through with no modications, that was the only part I had to stop early. My anemia must be better also because my endurance was spectacular. I go for my repeat blood work at the end of this month so I'll see but I'm going on how I feel.

Conni, Becky, Kali and anyone else on the Sept rotation - IMAX3 is behind us, now those nasty walking lunges tomorrow but hey I'm not scared, I just did 56 plie jacks!!!;)
