Blender - "30 min. Cardio Fun" -30 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training # 50- 30 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights EMOM
YT-CrossRope- 6 min. Jump Rope & Biceps

Good Morning Everyone,

I forgot to check in yesterday. Today and yesterday I did Boho Beautiful from YT - 30 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes of core/pilates.

Big workout this morning, Linda. I am waiting to do my upper body on Friday as the Cathe Live tomorrow is upper body - I think.

And agreed about the bridge tragedy. That is awful news. It's been a topic of conversation in our home too filled with sadness for the lives lost.

my drumming in for the week! :)

Hi ladies,

I am sore from yesterday's sled run so I stayed home and did another Love Fitness cardio kickboxing workout but I only did 40 minutes of it. She uses gloves during her workouts that are kickboxing.

It was good and my phone registered over 3300 steps.

Nice workouts ladies!! It is rainy and cold today.

Yes the tradgic news about the bridge collapse in Baltimore is awful. My hear goes out to the families of those lost.

I feel gloves are optional depending on how your feeling, if sore or not.

Awesome job o your kickboxing workout hopefully that was able to alleviate some for the soreness, and fun of course!
