Good morning Cathy and everyone,

Last night I did Step Blast in full for the first time. Had only ever done the step combo premix. The challenge was fun. It really tested me and has shown me how far I have come in my ability to do step aerobics. :) I had to ground the challenges ofcourse.

Tonight is either Super Sets or Push Pull.

KPC is plannded for today, and if I have time, some ab work added on.

Cathy: My legs are still fried from doing GS Legs Sunday morning...I was shaking like a bowl of jello! I can't even imagine adding on the leg conditioning drills from KickMax afterwards. Yowzers!

Wendy: Kudos to you...SB is a blast!

Today was Imax 3 for me.It was my first time. Wow! I really like these Hard Core workouts. Of course I love all Cathe's stuff.

Today is my cleaning day, but will do KPC around 2pm before children get home from school. For some reason, my body fat is still up 1% from 15 to 16 now and I got to bring it back down. I think KPC will bring it down! YEAH!

Hi, all:

I will be doing PUB tonight. I have been doing pretty well with my new rotation although I am still tweaking it. Tomorrow AM I will be doing GS Legs... my bands finally came yesterday. (Ok, it was only a week, but clearly I am spoiled by SNM, lol.) I ordered the green one as well as the next level up...I wish I had ordered the one above that, too, after reading Carole's post about using these in a pyramid style!

Wendy, how does Push/Pull compare to the Pyramids?

Charlotte, I am still laughing about you with the vacuum cleaner on your cellulite! I thought that was so funny, so thanks for the laugh. ;-)

Cathy, I am always so impressed when anyone can add onto one of these workouts - I am generally totally wiped at the end of one!

Good Morning....today I took my dog on a walk, nice and easy as I am pretty sore from jogging yesterday, and tonight is Power Hour! yeah! I am supposed to be doing MIS, but I did MIS last week instead of PH and am just swapping them out :)

I am really tired today, not sure why......but now that I have checked in - I feel accountable if that makes sense! Thank goodness for this forum!

Good morning ladies. Some awesome workouts here today!

My legs are finally starting to feel better. I did a bit of Nordic track yesterday and I think that got some blood pumping in the sore muscles and helped.

I might give S&H Chest and Back a try today, then some kickboxing, not sure if it'll be KPC or Taebo.

Morning all. I did TaeBo Advanced this morning because I liked the fact that it made my back and glute muscles sore last week. Last night I did back, chest and shoulders from PUB along with SJP abs. Haven't decided if I will do weight work tonight or not. I'll see how I feel. I think I pinched a nerve in my back that is making the whole back of my left leg hurt. It seems pretty minor though.

Well, Charlotte, the thing is.... that would seem to make sense! lol Oh, well, I am glad someone tried it before me. ;-)

Carole, I have a question for you... I noticed that you do a lot of leg work on top of your million miles of running each week. This seems like a different approach than many of the runners I know, who don't really lift much (and thus often resemble chicken little with really nice legs). Do you find the weight work helps you to run faster or gives you more endurance? Just curious... I am so motivated from your stories that I am thinking about doing a marathon even though I have never been a runner. It just seems like having a goal really gives you motivation.

Good afternoon ladies!!

I hope everyone is having a great day!! Sound like all of you have or will be putting in some great workouts today!!

Today I decided to try something I little different. Have any of you ever heard of H.I.I.T. training, HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING?? It is all the rage in the body building arenas, and people are swearing by it's fat burning capabilities. It can be done with virtually any activity.. Walking, Running, elliptical, stationary bike, stair stepper..etc... Any way, it was killer!!

Today was:
50 minutes of H.I.I.T. on my elliptical with 42 minutes of cardio and 8 minutes warm up and cool down. My intervals were 15-20 seconds( It should be 30 second intervals) with a 1 1/2- minute intermediate cardio rest. It about killed me!! LOLOLOL I was sweating from places I did not know I could sweat from..LOLOL It was incredible!! Wahooooooo!!
Gym style legs: floor work only.

I was going to do biceps today, but my right shoulder is hurting from yesterday..so I am going to work biceps and quads tomorrow.

Charlotte: Maybe you should give HIIT training a try, to burn off that 1% body fat you have been working on.

So Denise, how does HIIT work? You do a 30-second interval at your maximum speed/incline/etc then 1.5 minute at a lower level, repeat?

Hi good day everybody. Today I post my message later than usual because I have received the infocomercial TAEBO dvds and I have been seeing them. I have done TAEBO live and Yuuuhu¡ that man can makes me sweat.I love it. I had a party time with Billy.Have a great day.

Hi all, I did PS Back and triceps today then did Kick Max just the warm up, combos and stretch. Nice shorter workout.:) All my birthday candy is gone so I can get back on track now!!:+ :9
