Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Gym Styles for back, shoulders and biceps for 49 minutes. It was nostalgic for me as I used to do these workouts all the time as I slowly built my Cathe DVD collection (that now sit and collect dust).

Linda - Is that a newer Cathe Live?
Deanna - I like a lot of the Shock Cardio workouts but they are challenging!
Annette - double cardio!!! wowza
Nora - your workouts are long and more than anyone does over 7 days!

I agree completely! That entire series is challenging but what a fun bunch of workouts! I don't know why I felt so intimidated by them. I should've tried them years ago. The only one I had done was Travel Fit & I loved it, so I don't even know why I shied away from them. I still need to give Step Moves & Athletic Step a try!

Today's workout was XTrain Super Cuts. I chose Premix #1. I love the variety in this one! I may be in the minority, but I really like the sit-ups/push-ups combo at the end.

Hi ladies,

Better be sitting down for today's workout.

Started with chest flye machine, then onto the back machine(15 min. Total), then I did the elliptical for 15 minutes, then onto dumbbells for chest press (17.5 & 20's), hammer curls same weights, concentration curls with 12.5 plus wrist curls and biceps curls up and reverse down, seated Arnold press with 12.5, shoulder press with 15's.

Then moved to the sled and did my usual of strap pull 6, push 7, strap pull 8 and then finish with a 10 push.

Onto floorwork for abs, legs and glutes, short stretch then finished up hitting the bags wearing my Cathe boxing gloves. Total time 93 minutes of a gym circuit.
Whew!!!

I am feeling it already.

Doctor's appointment went well yesterday. I read on my chart that he considers me a low risk to progress to end stage kidney disease so that was good to see.

Nice workouts ladies.

Deanna, great workout with XTrain Super Cuts - Premix #1. Supercuts has some really
good exercises in it. I love the standing chest flys with the tubing.

Whew, Annette, nice long 93 min. Gym circuit! Even got some heavy bag in there too!

I have to go down to the light pink tubing for that standing chest work. My stupid cranky shoulder.

I have to confess I hate push ups or at least my wrists do. I did learn how to do them from my toes
from Insanity (the original) Shawn T of all people. The only thing I can't go down as far as Cathe & the girls.
Super Cuts is one of many faves from XTrain.

I was going to add a bike to my workout but feeling a bit under the weather, so decided to not push it.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength - 40 min. Classic 40 min. CLASSIC Upper Body Strength Training= 42 Min
Jessica Smith- Walk Strong 2.0- Burn Fat & Have Fun- Have a ball= 33 Min
Gloved Up & Sweaty- Jump Rope Bonus= 11 Min
