Good morning!
This morning I did IMAX w/u; MIC step & c/d; PUB. I haven't done MIC step in quite a while, and really, really enjoyed it. Maybe it felt so fun because I hadn't exhausted myself with the hi/lo segment before it
My arms are fried from PUB, which also feels great. Why do we enjoy this self-inflicted discomfort so much???
My mom's been staying with us for the past week, so I haven't had much down time lately. But I've been reading all your posts, and you all are kicking butt with your workouts!
Let's see if I can remember the things I wanted to say a few days ago....
Terri - I'm glad you're enjoying the long premixes so much! Off the top of my head I can't think of any more long premixes prepared by Cathe, but I do have a few suggestions, if you can program your dvd player. The length of the Terminator workouts are: Viper (80mins); Gauntlet (75mins); and IMAX Extreme (70mins).
Katie - have the painters finished the job? Any problems with your kidney stone yet? I'm glad you like that sjp/sb combo so much. I like it alot, too. It surprises me that Cathe didn't include it on the dvd.
Jes - How's your honeymoon? LOL!! I loved hearing the details. You looked absolutely beautiful!!!! I'll email you soon!
Laurie - I'm so sorry you hurt your ankle so badly!! You have a much better attitude about it than I would have.
Debbie - ah, were you trying to open that jar of pickles with the crook of your neck?! Use your hands!
I hope you feel better by tomorrow.
Becky - ooooh, I feel your pain! That ordeal sounds awful! :-( The valium doesn't sound like a lot of fun, either.
Kali - strike while the iron's hot LOL! Maybe tell him you're going to buy a few more Cathe dvd's while you're at it
Wendy - have fun with BootCamp! I miss that workout.....
It's officially the day of the year with the longest hours of sunlight. Up here, that means something. And since we actually have clear skies, we'll be able to enjoy the loooong day.
Happy summer!!!!!
