It is a good workout Shelley. I must get a barbell though. I only have 15 lbs dumbbells, so I can got up to 30 lbs. I just can't hold 5 lbs. dumbbells with them to match the weight, it's too painful.

I absolutely DREAD the words... "okay now down and stay on the low end, halfway up, halfway up, halfway up... **SCREAM**

I did get a short cardio in. I pieced together a 40 minute workout off the BodyBlast TimeSaver. A step segment from SJP and step blast combo from Step Blast with a stretch. Very nice. Didn't drive my HR to the moon but gave me a good workout.

Good night all. I'm off tomorrow so hopefully sleeping in a bit, though I doubt it:( when you are use to getting up at 5, you tend to wake up at that time no matter what day it is.
 
Great late workouts, Jane and Shelley! I just finished PUB for the first time and I LOVED it. However, I see that I need to go shopping (AGAIN **sigh**) for heavier dumbells. But that's a GOOD thing, right?!? :p Shelley, I went lighter than her on everything but shoulders, also. I cracked up when she said "I think I'm having an out-of-body experience!" and "Breathe out when you exhale!" LOL!!
