Christy - My daughter's names are Cecilia and Sofia - that's why I created the username CeciFifi. My name is Siobhan - pronounced Shi-vawn (Gaelic for Joan) and I live in Toronto.

This morning I did RWH Legs + RWH biceps.

I can't believe I forgot to check in yesterday. But yesterday was the Taebo Get Amped and the gym for 40 minutes.

Hello to all the new posters. I just knew our little check in would eventually attract new gals and it has!! Yippee!!

Today was the Taebo Advanced #11. I am down another half a pound so that is 21.5 pounds gone so far!! Yay for me! !

Hi girls. Following Annette' s post I did Taebo Amped (fat burn accelerator). Fun but a bit heavy on my knees as I am not used to kickboxing moves. I found the complete workout on YouTube... Now I'll take a deserved shower and then go prepare my dinner. Good night and keep in touch

Today was Cathe Live Fit and Firm. It was okay, but not as advanced as the usual Cathe workouts imo...

Hello! Today was Intensity Series: Bootcamp. Probably not the best workout to do following yesterday's PHA, a lot of the same moves. Really enjoyed it though. I like the set up: 1 min cardio, 1-2 minutes strength and 1 min abs for 8 complete rounds. It's tough, but like every other Cathe workout I always feel great afterwards. :)
