Morning all. I haven't been here in awhile because I kind of took a break from working out (I got lazy). I started up again working out and eating well Monday, but overdid it on Monday and Tuesday. So, yesterday and today I was unable to work out because my triceps are so sore I can't even bend my arms. They had better feel okay tomorrow because I'm going nuts not being able to work out now that my motivation is finally back. I am going to try and go for a walk with my daughter after work tonight.
Well, I slowly have to work my way back up to my previous fitness level and re-lose the weight I gained back during my little "break". I really want to do the January rotation, but I know I'm not at that level anymore, so I just have to be patient and maybe do it next month.
